Hummingbird
Glendalough wild gin, infused with cherries and lemon juice, served with our homemade violet foam.
City Garden
This contemporary twist on a French 75 mixes London No.1 Gin with elderflower cordial, apple juice, and a hint of white wine – all balanced with sugar and lemon juice.
Try both cocktails in our bar every day and raise a glass to Blossom City – all to the sound of Blossom City Beats, with DJs playing every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night throughout May and June.
