Madison is launching a limited edition lunch and brunch collaboration with Andy Taylor’s American re-imagining of French Cuisine, Le Bun.

With the lunch menu launching on Monday 3rd February, and two exclusive brunches set to run on the 8th and 15th February,  Le Bun residency will see brand new dishes, specially created for Madison, served alongside Le Bun’s popular favourites.

Served for a limited time only, one-off dishes will include Le Triple Duck Burger, patty, confit, liver, champagne slaw, duck fat onions, micro frites, truffle mayo, Le Bun’s take on Madison’s notorious triple duck burger, as well as, a new and unique Dessert Burger ‘Cheeseburger Macaroon’ salted caramel meringue, chocolate ganache, passion fruit icing, raspberry coulis to top off a truly indulgent Le Bun x Madison feast.

Le Bun’s famed classics are set to be served alongside the new specials and include the Le Truffle Cheeseburger, aged beef patty, American cheese, truffle mayo and potato brioche and Le Zinger an exact blend of Vegetable proteins, wheat gluten, silken tofu and a big pinch of vegan voodoo and our own spice blend created by Le Bun and Lauren Capulet.

Available 12 – 2:45 pm and 5 – 6:30 pm.

• Le Truffle Cheeseburger – aged beef patty, American cheese, truffle mayo, potato brioche
• Le Royale – aged beef patty, double American cheese, bone marrow big mac sauce, pickles, confit beef fat onions, ketchup & mustard, potato brioche
• Le Zinger (VG) an exact blend of Vegetable proteins, wheat gluten, silken tofu and a big pinch of vegan voodoo and our own spice blend created by Le Bun and Lauren Capulet.
