After a sell-out first event, the Sipsmith Skyline Supper Club is back at Madison with a special spring time edition.
Raise a glass with our exclusive supper club and enjoy three courses each paired with a gin cocktail exclusively created by the Madison bar team and overlooking St Paul’s at night and the city beyond.
The night will begin with an introduction from Rich Hamer as you enjoy a hot G&T on our heated rooftop terrace. Then you’ll move into the restaurant for dinner to feast on a three course menu expertly paired with delicious Sipsmith cocktails.
Tuna tartare, pickled lotus root, sesame seeds, yuzu, mirin
Sipsmith London dry, yuzu/lemon juice blend, lemongrass/ginger cordial, soda
Roast haunch of venison, chestnut fritter, pickled red cabbage, madeira sauce
Sipsmith VJOP, port, cranberry juice, lemon juice
Chocolate fondant, blackberries & milk ice-cream
Sipsmith Sloe gin, raspberry puree, vanilla syrup, lemon juice
Sipsmith ambassador Rich Hamer will be on hand on the evening to talk through the different iterations of Sipsmith.
Tickets are £45 and include 3 courses, 3 gin cocktails, and a hot G&T. Please arrive from 6.30pm, with dinner beginning at 7.
