Students of the MadLab will don their labcoats and master three molecular cocktail techniques: carbonation, infusion, and foam. Guests will select three Absolut Elyx-based cocktails to work on, from classics like a Cosmopolitan to the more unusual “Apple Strudel,” in order to create a new molecular twist on old favourites.
All that hard work might make you thirsty, so, of course, you’ll get to drink your creations afterwards.
