In terms of drinks, CÎROC cocktails include the Champagne Colada made with rum, coconut and champagne, and the French Touch with grapefruit, lychee liqueur, and Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic. The new summer menu includes shellfish platters, crisps cod tacos, and charcuterie boards. A great spot during evenings and weekends, the rooftop will also host DJs and saxophonists for the ultimate Ibiza experience.”
