Our new, Manhattan inspired menu has landed at Madison, bringing 12 delectable new cocktails to the bar.
Whether you’re a classicist or more contemporary, our menu pits 6 American classics against 6 contemporary twists such as the The Mist – a twist on an Aviation using homemade honey and spinach syrup – or La Grande Illusion, a Latin American twist on the Last Word using homemade falernum and mandarin liqueur.
Featuring a selection of top notch bourbons, gins and vodkas, as well as other speciality spirits, the serves are inspired by America’s colourful cocktail history from the Victorian ages right through the Prohibition era to the present day.
